Genuine fellowship isn't practical in a crowd of several hundred or more. It's easy to get lost in the crowd, to feel lonely even though you may be surrounded by several people. Realistically, you can only develop close intimate relationships, in small groups.
We believe that our connection groups are just as important as our corporate time. Growing in Christ is more than intellectually learning facts from the Bible; it is about becoming more like Christ in every aspect of our lives. This type of growth, requires more than a bible study, it requires experience. The connection groups will bring people from similar backgrounds and common interests together to form lifelong friendships. Meeting new people can be extremely intimidating. Smaller groups are easier to get involved with and offer those first steps to go beyond Sunday mornings.
Our connection groups emphasize building essential, meaningful, true, long lasting relationships that will sustain us through the week. We encourage everyone to become a part of a connection group!
We believe that prayer is the engine that drives the church. We, as Intercessors, pray for the needs of the Church, Staff, Pastors, Elders, Volunteers, Missions, the Sick, Israel, our Government, Youth, our City and much more. This is a time we focus on the things that concern the heart of God.
Enjoy fellowship and much needed "Mom-time". Other people don't truly understand how tough it is to be a single mom - day after day after day. Sometimes you want to give up, and that is a normal reaction because you are doing the job of two people. You should be tired. The thing is, you deeply desire to do what's best for your kids, but you worry that you can't. Sometimes it's all you can do to survive from one day to the next. So what can you do? This single mom's group is designed to address these concerns through a study called "Single & Parenting" which will help you discover how to deal with your deep-down worries and your day-to-day struggles.
If you are interested in meeting with Afra and other single moms to learn and discuss some amazing strategies and hope-filled insights, contact Afra via email at email@example.com.

This ministry will meet the first Monday of each month; however there are two groups you can choose to be a part of: the Daytime Group meets at 1:00pm in the Community Center downstairs classroom and the Evening Group meets at 7:00pm in the Toddler Room of the Main Building. The groups will enjoy some fun activities including games, eating out, and possibly short day trips. If you are 55 or older, we would welcome you to be part of our Senior "CLEW" Ministry! You will find a safe place in this group to ask questions or you can sit back and listen as we all grow in our relationship with God.
This setting centers around discussion of the previous Sunday’s message. Bring your Bible and a pen since notes and scripture from Sunday will be provided for the discussion.
GriefShare is for people grieving the death of a family member or friend. We understand that there are other things that happen in life that create a sense of grief. You might experience a job loss, divorce, estrangement from a child or the loss of friends because of a move. This grief is real, but it is not the kind of grief discussed in our group. Each week we will watch a video featuring top experts on grief and recovery subjects. These videos are real-life case studies. During the week you will have the opportunity to use your workbook for further personal study of the grief process. This class comes with UPDATED materials – you are welcome to join us again.
Are you looking for healing from the effects of an abortion? Do you feel like you have not been forgiven? Do you still live in shame due to this decision you made no matter how long ago that may have been? Through testimony and Scripture, Justine will help you learn how to receive His forgiveness.
We teach Christian Martial Arts, not martial arts for Christians. All of our teaching is centered on the Biblical idea of reconciliation and the preservation of life to God’s glory, not the destruction of attackers. This class will make you feel at ease as you learn and understand the basics of martial arts. Beginners or Black Belts are all welcome to learn and train. Adult and children’s classes are taught simultaneously. There is a small fee of $5 per class.
A sister in CHRIST is a sister for life! All ladies are invited to join a dynamic group that has been growing since 2009. Sisters Still Standing provides a care and safe environment for women to take a break from the world and strengthen their relationship with Christ, form lasting friendships, and live life together. Bible study, group discussion, public service, and group prayer are only a few of the ways Sisters Still Standing explores a deeper relationship with God. Join us in forming a sisterhood in Christ!

This group provides opportunities for women to connect to one another. That through faith in Christ, women, as they are drawn together in love may have the power to understand how deep the love of Christ is. As women, our prayer is that we come to know His immeasurable love for us and that our hearts will be touched and changed. When women’s lives are touched and changed it affects other lives including husbands, children, neighbors, and friends. We desire to encourage women in all walks and season of life, from every nation, tribe, and tongue to form bonds with each other through fellowship, prayers and service. The Women’s Ministry partners with several other ministries here at The Blended Church. Make sure to join us the 3rd Saturday of every month.
