Welcome to Awakening Youth....where middle and high school students (7th–12th grade) come alive in faith, build real friendships, and discover what it means to serve, lead, and shine bright in a world that desperately needs light. 🔦✨

This is a space where it's completely okay to have questions, be yourself, eat too many snacks, and grow in your walk with Jesus (not necessarily in that order).

Awakening Youth is made up of three amazing parts...

AY Discipleship 📖🙌

This is the heart and soul of everything we do. Every Sunday, right after 2nd service ends (around 11:30am), we head to the Upper-East Classroom for a time of diving into the Word, asking questions, and getting real about what it means to live out and SHARE our faith.

Oh...and yes, there will be food. 🥪🍕 (Jesus and carbs can be a great combination!)

AY Eager-2-Serve 🤝

Jesus didn’t come to be served....He came to serve. And we’re here to follow that lead!

AY Eager-2-Serve, the serving arm of Awakening Youth, is all about taking focus off of self, putting our faith into action, and making an impact in our community. Whether it’s helping out at church, showing up for local outreach, or being the hands and feet of Jesus in creative ways....this is where servant-leaders are made.

(We must warn you....this might cause increased joy and random acts of kindness in your teen.)

Awakening Youth: Overtime! (AYO!) 🎉

Faith is serious….but we’re also here to have a ridiculous amount of fun!

At least once a month, we throw down with something fantastic like:

🎢 Amusement parks

🎤 Christian concerts

🍦 Milkshake Mondays

💦 Water parks

🎲 Game nights

...and whatever else we dream up!

It’s the perfect chance to make memories, meet new people, and laugh until your face hurts.

We’re all about Jesus.

We believe this generation is bold, full of purpose, and ready to change the world. Awakening Youth exists to cheer them on, walk beside them, and help them live out the calling God’s already placed in their lives.

So, whether you’re brand new to church or grew up quoting John 3:16 in your sleep....there’s a place for you here!
